Before you start testing your own projects in VOGSY, it can be helpful to work with these examples.

They are ready to go, require no setup, and have some performance indicators running. You will get a feel for the system from your first click.

Later, you can also adjust VOGSY to your needs using the Setup Assistant.

The sample data contains the following:

In the front office:

• People, these are employees as well as external contacts.

• Organizations, both customers and suppliers.

• Opportunities in different sales stages and some with an opportunity project attached.

• Projects with budgets, deliverables, resource planning, and invoice schedules.

In the back office:

• Employees with all their settings.

• Ledger accounts: a standard set that you can use as a basis for further onboarding.

• Holiday plans

• Configurations that you can change later using the Setup Assistant in VOGSY.

Your trial system is fully operational.

You can add more details to the opportunities or create a project from an opportunity.

You can change project calculations, allocations, or timelines. You can also trigger invoices or add new invoicing schedules.

We suggest you also track time spent on the projects to see how it affects budgets and margins.

Once you complete your testing and want to wipe the test data, you can reset VOGSY.

You can access the reset feature in the VOGSY back office. You are now ready to populate VOGSY with your actual data.
