How to connect an e-signature service
VOGSY can use an e-signature service for outgoing quotes. As a standard, VOGSY uses Signhost for this service.
When switched on, your customers receive an email with a link to Signhost once you approve your quote in VOGSY.
Once signed, the customer receives an automatic confirmation email. You'll receive a notification that the quote was signed, and you can set the opportunity status to 'won.' This triggers a pending project's status to 'in progress.'
Quotes are generated from opportunities and show a high-level description of the proposed work and price.
VOGSY has an approval flow for quotes and automated sending via email integration.
You can also create a project from the opportunity record for a detailed proposal and statement of work.
VOGSY automatically saves the quote document in the correct opportunity folder in Sharepoint or Google Workspace.
Get a Signhost account
Your company needs a Signhost account to use this feature. You can sign up on the subscription page. VOGSY can turn this on later if you let us know by emailing sales@vogsy.global.
