How to set up VOGSY boards for different countries, currencies and stakeholders

Boards are an excellent way of distributing insightful charts to the different groups of people using VOGSY.

You can do this by pinning specially configured VOGSY charts and custom charts to boards.

Every chart in the VOGSY chart section can be filtered by countries, companies, departments, customers, and projects and then pinned to a board that is shared with all the right people.

The result is a board for a specific group with a cross-section of charts typically tailored to their needs.

VOGSY Boards allow you to gather, group, and display content relevant to you.

You can pin organizations, persons, opportunities, projects, and charts to your board.

You can share boards with coworkers. Note that you can only edit those boards you created.

To create a board, click "Boards" on the side pane and click "New board.".

Give the board a title (required) and a description (optional). VOGSY randomly assigns a background image, which you can change.

To pin a VOGSY chart, click its pin button in the Charts view and select the desired board.

To share a board, open it and click the "account plus" icon. Select the coworker from the dropdown and click "Ad." The coworker will receive a notification.

To change the board's title, description, or background image, open the board, click the "pencil circle" icon, make the changes, and click "Save."

To delete a board, open it, unpin any charts, click "dots vertical circle", and select "Delete board". To unpin a chart, open the board, find the chart, and click its "pin off" button.

To unshare a board, open it, click "account plus", and click the coworker's "delete".

You can also pin custom charts created with apps like Google Sheets, Connected Sheets, PowerBI, MS Excel 365, and LookerStudio. Obtain the chart's URL, open the board, click "Add Custom Char," fill out the form with a descriptive title and the URL
