VOGSY's managed integration with CRM solutions lets you create a seamless flow from marketing automation in your CRM to setting up and delivering projects.

Once a deal is at a particular stage in the CRM tool, it will be synced to VOGSY automatically. VOGSY creates the opportunity and syncs all essential data from the CRM record.

From there, the opportunity can be managed in VOGSY for a project win.

Changes in the opportunity in VOGSY or CRM are constantly synced.

VOGSY's CRM integration ensures that marketing and sales teams can manage all their work in the CRM system.

Operations teams don't need access to the CRM to get all the vital information they need to prepare for project delivery. They have all the relevant data to start the project inside VOGSY!


What CRM tools does VOGSY integrate with?


VOGSY has managed integrations to all major CRMs such as Hubspot, Salesforce, Zoho, and Copper. We can also create a connection on demand.


Conncect to CRMs in VOGSY's back office

To integrate, you must have the Support staff role in VOGSY and admin rights in your CRM.

Integration requires connecting to the CRM and mapping opportunity stages.

Each CRM has specific integration steps. Open the CRM setup section of the VOGSY Setup Assistant and click Connect an external CRM.

Successful opportunity syncing requires the opportunity owner's email to match an active VOGSY employee, the opportunity to have a name, a mapped stage marked for synchronization, a revenue value, a close date, a creation date, and a contact with a first name, last name, and email address.

To disconnect the CRM, access the Third Party Integrations section in the back office, click the CRM settings link, and then click Disconnect.


Ensuring a smooth syncing process with CRM

These are the requirements for the CRM record to sync to VOGSY:

  1. Has the opportunity owner's email matching an active VOGSY employee email address

  2. Has a name

  3. Has a mapped stage marked for synchronization

  4. Has a revenue value,

  5. Has a close date,

  6. Has a creation date

  7. Has a contact with a first name, last name, and email address
