How to subscribe to VOGSY

In your VOGSY trial environment, you'll find the subscribe option at the top left corner.

You can choose between lite, full, and super users on the subscription page.

Lite users can only view and work on their assigned tasks, planned hours, and time sheets. They do not have access to project or company financial data and analytics.

Full users can access the entire front office, meaning opportunity, project, resource management, and real-time charts in the analytics dashboard.

Super users can do everything full users can do and access the back office. This entails the VOGSY setup and all back-office applications.

Integration Admin users are authorized to connect VOGSY to other applications via one of our managed integrations or our APIs. The number of integrations you establish is unlimited, and there is no additional cost. Our Fair Use Policy applies.

If you haven't started a trial, you can easily do so by navigating to the trial login page.

You can choose a yearly or monthly subscription.

A yearly subscription gives you pricing benefits and is payable upfront.

Monthly subscriptions are payable in arrears. The license count will be an average of your activated users. You can switch users on or off in the VOGSY back office.

You can indicate that you want to purchase the onboarding pack during the subscription flow, and we recommend that you do so. Our specialists will ensure your VOGSY setup complies with your goals and requirements.

We require a credit card for monthly subscriptions; you will enter this information during the process.

The annual subscription will be invoiced and payable via bank transfer.
