How to use the Audit Trails report

This report records the history of the changes in roles and permissions granted to users. With this report, you can check and monitor if the permissions for users align with security and privacy policies.

• Date

  The date that the change was made.

• Change

  The type of change. Options are project team change, opportunity team change, and account manager change.

• Entity type

  The type of VOGSY object affected by the change. Options are project, opportunity, person, or organization.

• Entity name

  The name of the VOGSY object that was affected by the change.

• Person

  The person who made the change.

• New value

  The data that replaces the old data.
