How to use the Forward Looking Invoicing report
The Forward-Looking Invoicing report in VOGSY provides a projected view of your company's upcoming invoicing activity. It shows the total amount expected to be invoiced for each of the next twelve months, beginning with the current month.
How Invoice Projections Are Calculated:
For Time & Material invoicing:
The number of planned hours is multiplied by the sales rate of the activity.
The resulting activity totals are summed to generate the monthly invoice projection.
For Fixed-price invoicing:
Calculations are based on the invoice schedule, and
Only the billing periods that fall in future months.
