How to use the Resource planned hours report

This report includes all planned hours and can be filtered by week, year, and employee, making it a valuable tool for generating custom planning reports and visualizations based on VOGSY’s planning data.
Column descriptions
Year
The year in which the planned hours were recorded.
Week
The week in which the planned hours were recorded.
Date
The date on which the planned hours were recorded.
Employee
The person assigned to the planned hours.
E-mail
The email address of the employee.
Employee Department
The department the employee belongs to.
Employee Skill Level
The skill level of the employee.
Customer
The name of the customer for whom the work is being performed.
Opportunity
The name of the opportunity linked to the planned work.
Opportunity Stage
The opportunity stage of the opportunity for which the employee’s work was planned.
Sales probability %
The win probability of the opportunity for which the employee’s work was planned.
Project
The name of the project associated with the planned hours.
Project number
The ID number of the project.
Project Status
The status of the project
Project manager(s)
The manager(s) overseeing the project.
Department of the project
The department responsible for the project.
Deliverable
The deliverable for which the hours are planned.
Activity
The activity for which the hours are planned.
Planned Hours
The number of hours scheduled for the activity.
Cost rate

Invoicing method
