Assessment Overview
VOGSY conducted a comprehensive AI Impact Assessment in line with ISO 42001 standards to ensure responsible, secure, and transparent use of AI within our platform. This assessment covers all AI functionalities, integrations, and data flows, with a focus on compliance (AI Act, GDPR), security, and stakeholder trust.
System Description
The VOGSY AI assistant supports users in CRM/ERP processes, automating data retrieval and actions via secure APIs. Our infrastructure is cloud-based (Google Cloud Platform) and integrates with leading business tools like Jira, Salesforce, QuickBooks, and SharePoint.

Risk Management
We identified and evaluated key risks, including unauthorized actions, data exposure, excessive data collection, lack of transparency, and algorithmic bias. Each risk is scored and addressed with targeted controls.
