About VOGSY's work breakdown structure

VOGSY's Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) helps to break the project into more manageable work pieces.

VOGSY's WBS consists of the following components.

At the top level, there's the project.

A project is divided into one or more deliverables, sometimes called phases or subprojects. Each deliverable is a distinct piece of work with its own invoicing details.

A deliverable consists of activities and costs, which is the third level. Activities and costs are the centerpiece of project cost and sales calculations, and time is tracked on activities.

Employees and contractors are allocated and planned on the activities.

You can create tasks for each employee if you want a deeper work breakdown. Time tracked on tasks is rolled up to the corresponding activity.
