About VOGSY's work breakdown structure
VOGSY's Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) helps you organize projects into manageable parts for better planning, tracking, and invoicing.
VOGSY's WBS consists of the following components.
At the top level, there's the project.
A project is divided into one or more deliverables, sometimes called phases or subprojects. Each deliverable is a distinct piece of work with its own invoicing details.
The third level of a deliverable consists of activities and costs. Activities and costs are the centerpiece of project cost and sales calculations. Time is tracked on activities, and expenses are tracked on costs.
Employees and contractors are allocated and planned for the activities.
If you want a deeper work breakdown, you can create tasks for each employee. Time tracked on tasks is rolled up to the corresponding activity.
