How to use the Deliverables report

The Deliverables report is VOGSY’s most detailed and comprehensive tool for evaluating your projects' actual status and financial health. It provides an in-depth overview of each deliverable across all closed and active projects, supporting performance analysis, budget tracking, and strategic planning.

This report is essential for:
- Project and delivery performance monitoring
- Financial oversight at the deliverable level
- Managing time, cost, and revenue across departments and clients


Column descriptions

  • Project

    The name of the project that contains the deliverable.

  • Project number

    The ID number of the project that contains the deliverable.

  • Project managers

    The manager(s) assigned to the project that contains the deliverables.

  • Customer

    The organization to which the project is being delivered.

  • Start date

    The date on which work is expected to begin on the deliverable.

  • Finish date

    The date on which work is expected to be completed on the deliverable.

  • Team members

    The employees' names assigned to the project team.

  • Deliverable

    The name of the deliverable.

  • Revenue type

    Revenue types are used to report the revenue (and costs) of the different services you deliver from projects.

  • Department

    The department within your company that is responsible for the deliverables.

  • Opportunity

    The opportunity from which the deliverable originated.

  • Status project

    The current status of the deliverable’s project.

  • Last status change

    The date that the project’s status was last updated.

  • Invoicing type

    The invoicing method is used for invoicing the customer. (T&M, Fixed Price or Subscription)

  • Cap on hours

    Indicates whether a cap has been set on the deliverable. The cap allows a set amount of hours to be allocated and spent on the deliverable.

  • Cap amount

    The maximum amount that can be allocated and spent on the deliverable.

  • Order value

    The deliverables’ potential revenue. This is the sum of all fixed prices and T&M budgets.

  • Discount percentage

    The percentage amount of the discount, if any.

  • Discount amount

    The amount of the discount.

  • Surcharge percentage

    The percentage amount of the surcharge, if any.

  • Surcharge amount

    The percentage amount of the surcharge, if any, for completing the deliverable.

  • Amount invoiced

    The amount that has been invoiced to the customer for the deliverable.

  • Amount to be invoiced

    The remaining amount to be invoiced.

  • Amount calculated

    The total amount budgeted for the completion of the deliverable.

  • Amount spent in Sales Rates

    This is the total value of hours and cost tracked on the deliverable at sales rates.

  • Amount spent in Cost Rates

    This is the total value of hours and cost tracked on the deliverable at cost rates.

  • Amount Spent Time Entries in Sales Rates

  • Amount Spent Purchase Invoices in Sales Rates

  • Amount spent Expenses in Sales Rates

  • Amount spent Opening Balance in Sales Rates

    The total amount of hours and cost that were raised in the project opening balance at sales rates.

  • Amount Spent Time Entries in Cost Rates

  • Amount Spent Purchase Invoices in Cost Rates

  • Amount spent Expenses in Cost Rates

  • Amount spent Opening Balance in Cost Rates

    The total amount of hours and cost that were raised in the project opening balance at cost rates.

  • Amount in draft

  • The amount in hours in timesheets that are in "Draft".

  • Amount planned

    The amount in hours that are planned on a project at sales rates.

  • Amount to plan

    The portion of the budgeted amount that still needs to be allocated and planned for resources.

  • Hours calculated

    The number of hours estimated for the completion of the project.

  • Hours allocated

    The number of hours assigned to employees for the completion of the project.

  • Hours spent

    The number of actual hours spent on the deliverable.

  • Hours in draft

    The number of hours that are in Draft status.

  • Hours planned

    The number of hours that have been assigned to activities for the completion of the project.

  • Hours to plan

    The number of hours remaining from the hours calculated that need to be allocated to resources.

  • Provision profit

    The amount of provisions for the revenue. Only applies to Fixed Price deliverables.

  • Provision cost

    The amount of provisions on costs in case of an expected loss on the deliverable. This only applies to Fixed-Price deliverables.

  • % schedule

    Indicates the time that has elapsed from start to finish date.

  • % budget

    Indicates how much of the deliverable’s budget has been used.

  • % margin

    The percentage of actual sales minus the cost of hours and costs.

  • % completion

    The percentage of completion is determined by the project manager.

  • Order date

    The date the deliverable’s value was added to the order book.
