How to use the Leave Budgets report

VOGSY's leave management includes two key reports: one for leave budgets and another for leave requests. This article focuses on the leave budgets report.

The Leave Budgets report provides a historical, current, and forward-looking view of employee leave entitlements.

It helps HR departments monitor leave usage, flagging when employees are not using enough of their leave or when they're requesting excessive time off.

Selections

When refreshing the report, the "from start date" and "until start date" of the leave budget can be selected. This enables the selection of leave budgets within a specific calendar year or custom timeframe.
