How to use the Leave Requests report
VOGSY's leave management includes two key reports: leave budgets and leave requests. This article focuses on the leave requests report.
The Leave Requests report provides a historical and real-time overview of employee leave requests — past, present, and future. It gives back office staff full visibility into pending and approved time-off requests, enabling better planning and customized reporting.
Filtering
When refreshing the report, you can filter on the following items:
Start date – The beginning date of the leave request.
Finish date – The end date of the leave request.
Activity – The type of time off or non-billable activity.
Employee – View requests from all employees or a specific individual.
The columns
The report has the following columns:
Employee
The name of the employee who submitted the leave request.
Start date
The start date of the requested leave.
Finish date
The finish date of the requested leave.
Description
The reason or note provided by the employee for the leave.
Time off / Non-billable
The activity associated with the requested leave.
Description leave budget
Leave requested (h.)
The total number of hours requested.
Status
Indicates the current state of the request: submitted, approved, or rejected.
Approver
The person responsible for reviewing and approving (or rejecting) the leave request.
