How to use the Overtime report
First published on August 6, 2025 , updated on August 7, 2025The Overtime Entries report provides the necessary data for HR solutions to create payment mutations. You can export a detailed list of all overtime hours recorded in the system.
Generating the report
To customize the data you export, you can use the following filters:
Start date and Finish date: Define a specific period for the report.
Overtime category: Choose to see all categories or filter for one specific overtime category.
Employee: You can run the report for all employees or select a single employee.
Report columns
The report contains the following columns of data:
Year: The year the overtime was recorded.
Week: The week number in which the overtime was recorded.
Date: The specific date of the overtime entry.
Employee (name): The name of the employee who recorded the overtime.
E-mail: The employee's email address.
Employee department: The department the employee belongs to.
Overtime category: The category selected for the overtime entry.
Hours overtime: The number of overtime hours recorded.
Note: Any notes included with the overtime entry.
Status: The current status of the entry (Draft, Submitted, or Approved).
Paycode: The pay code associated with the overtime category.
