How to use the Overtime report

The Overtime Entries report provides the necessary data for HR solutions to create payment mutations. You can export a detailed list of all overtime hours recorded in the system.


Generating the report

To customize the data you export, you can use the following filters:

  • Start date and Finish date: Define a specific period for the report.

  • Overtime category: Choose to see all categories or filter for one specific overtime category.

  • Employee: You can run the report for all employees or select a single employee.


Report columns

The report contains the following columns of data:

  • Year: The year the overtime was recorded.

  • Week: The week number in which the overtime was recorded.

  • Date: The specific date of the overtime entry.

  • Employee (name): The name of the employee who recorded the overtime.

  • E-mail: The employee's email address.

  • Employee department: The department the employee belongs to.

  • Overtime category: The category selected for the overtime entry.

  • Hours overtime: The number of overtime hours recorded.

  • Note: Any notes included with the overtime entry.

  • Status: The current status of the entry (Draft, Submitted, or Approved).

  • Paycode: The pay code associated with the overtime category.
