How to start a conversation:
• Go to the project or deliverable card
• Find the "Conversations" section on the right
• Start typing, @mention your team, and hit send
• Recipients receive a notification and can reply in-thread

Each project deliverable includes visual indicators that give an immediate snapshot of the project’s health:

• Schedule, indicating how much time has elapsed from the start until the finish date

• Budget, percentage of budget used (based on total of the cost or sales rates)

• Margin, displays either the current or forecasted margin.

• Completion, shows how much of the work is done

VOGSY translates your project's performance into weather icons, offering a quick and intuitive status overview:
• A 'sunny' icon means things are going well
• 'Cloudier' or 'stormier' icons indicate increasing risks or delays.

You can base the weather indicator on either the margin or the schedule, and configure this in the project settings within VOGSY’s back office.
