Price lists

In VOGSY's back office, you can set up price lists. Price lists are a central place where you manage activity sales rates for a group of customers. These groups can be defined by a region, country, or any other grouping to which you want the same service pricing to be applied.

Note that each price list has one currency.

When you create a project for a customer with a price list in a specific currency, the invoicing currency of that project will always be the currency of the price list.

You can set the validity timeframe for a price list.

When creating a project, the sales rates for activities are set in the calculation. The start date of the calculation is matched against the periods of a price list.

This way, you can set up new pricing for a future period, such as next year, in advance.

Pricelists from a previous period can be duplicated for convenience.

Prices can be expressed in hourly or daily sales rates.

Periods can be extended for a new period. The extend button creates a new period, and all activities and their sales rates are copied.

If necessary, the sales rates for the new period can be indexed by a percentage or increased by a fixed amount.
