What types of expenses can be claimed?

You can claim any expense type that your company has set up in VOGSY, using a simple and intuitive interface.

These can be project-related or non-project-related expenses. You will automatically receive follow-up questions for project-related questions to ensure the cost is correctly attributed.


How to add receipts to an expense

There are two options to add receipts to expenses:

  1. Claim with your phone and use the photo button in the VOGSY expense claim. This will take a snapshot of your receipt and add it to your claim. Done!

  2. You can also upload a file to your expense and submit them together.
