VOGSY AI is an enterprise-grade artificial intelligence assistant built directly into your VOGSY environment. Unlike public chatbots that function as "black boxes," VOGSY AI is designed as a "Glass Box": it is grounded in your private data, fully governed by your existing permissions, and transparent about how it reaches its conclusions.

1. Core Capabilities
VOGSY AI is designed for the complexity of professional services, allowing you to query your data in natural language and perform actions without leaving the chat interface.

No Public Training: Your data is never used to train public models.

Writing effective prompts is a skill. To ensure consistency and efficiency across your team, VOGSY includes a dedicated Prompt Management System.
Curated Library: Super Users can save successful, high-value prompts into a master table in the Back Office.
Context-Aware Suggestions: The AI panel is smart enough to know where you are. It will only show shared prompts relevant to your current view (e.g., "Summarize Opportunity" prompts only appear when you are viewing an Opportunity).
Team Sharing: Once saved, these prompts become available to the wider team, helping junior staff leverage the expertise of senior managers.

Note: You may notice the AI takes a moment to "think." This is intentional latency as the model calculates, verifies, and documents its steps for you.
Data Isolation & Governance
Firestore & BigQuery: Your data is handled securely within Google Cloud Firestore and BigQuery environments.
Permission Mirroring: The AI respects your existing SSO and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). If a user cannot see a project's margin in the VOGSY dashboard, the AI will strictly refuse to show it to them in the chat.

5. How to Enable VOGSY AI
VOGSY AI is an opt-in feature. It is disabled by default to ensure you have full control over when to introduce it to your organization.
Requirement: You must be an Administrator.
Navigate: Go to Back Office > General Settings.
Action: Switch "VOGSY AI" to "On".
Access: Currently, access is available to Full and Super users. (Lite users do not have access during the Alpha phase) .
Feedback: We encourage users to use the "Thumbs Up" or "Thumbs Down" buttons on AI responses. We do not store prompts by default, but we do store the specific prompt and answer associated with feedback to help us refine the system.

Is my data used to train the AI model for other companies?
Absolutely not. VOGSY AI runs entirely inside your specific VOGSY environment. Your data remains isolated and is never used to train our base models or shared with other customers.
What does "Alpha" mean for me?
It means you are getting early access to the technology. The core features are fully functional, but we are actively refining the user interface and expanding the types of questions the AI can answer. Your feedback will directly shape the final product.

However, safety is paramount: all actions require your confirmation and strictly follow the permissions defined in your VOGSY Roles & Permissions.
Who has access to VOGSY AI?
During the Alpha / Early Access phase, VOGSY AI is available to Full and Super users. Lite users do not have access at this time.
How do you handle feedback and privacy?
We do not store prompts or answers by default. We only store the specific prompt and answer associated with the "Feedback" action (when you click Thumbs Up or Thumbs Down) to help us improve the system. This feedback is anonymized and linked only to the environment, not the individual user.
How does the Prompt Management feature work?
Super Users can manage a master table of prompts in the Back Office (Add, Edit, Delete). These prompts are context-aware, meaning they only appear in the chat interface when they are relevant to what you are currently viewing (e.g., an "Opportunity Summary" prompt only appears when you are looking at an Opportunity). Note that on a system reset, these shared prompts are preserved and not cleared.
Is VOGSY AI enabled automatically?
No, it is an opt-in feature and is disabled by default. To use it, an Administrator must navigate to the General Settings section of the Back Office and explicitly switch "VOGSY AI" to "On".
How much does it cost?
For the Alpha period, VOGSY AI is included for all Full and Super users at no additional cost. Pricing for the General Availability (GA) release will be announced later in 2026.
