Turning a contact into a lead

Simply create a person and mark them as a lead by editing the person's record:

  • Switch on the lead checkbox

  • Select a source

  • Select a lead stage and

  • Add a description and save the person


Lead nurturing

  1. Monitoring stage progression: The Kanban view in VOGSY's People section is configurable and easy to use. Create your swim lane naming, then drag and drop the lead to the appropriate lead stage.
