When will VOGSY AI be generally available?

The VOGSY AI assistant will become available in a phased rollout in Q4 2025. It is built within the AI Management System (AIMS), which is governed by the ISO42001 framework. Our ISO audit with the accredited certifying body is scheduled, with certification expected by mid-February 2026.

Is VOGSY governed by ISO 42001?

The VOGSY AI assistant is developed within our AI Management System, which we built in accordance with the ISO 42001 guidelines. That means that we are ready for certification. Our ISO 42001 certification will be official in February 2026.

Does VOGSY AI replace your Dashboards?

No. Dashboards remain the best way to monitor trends and metrics over time. VOGSY AI is for natural-language questions and task execution, which is complementary, not a replacement.

Is my data safe?

Yes. VOGSY AI runs entirely inside your VOGSY environment, respects all existing permissions, and never uses your data for model training.

Who gets access?

As a VOGSY customer, you can opt in to the VOGSY AI assistant. VOGSY AI is available to full and super users. Lite users (timesheet-only) do not have access.

How is it different from ChatGPT or other AI?

VOGSY AI is not a standalone AI assistant. It is built into VOGSY ERP, governed by ISO 42001 for responsible AI. All answers and actions come from your own VOGSY data, not the open internet.
