What's New
We’re excited to introduce several improvements designed to enhance project management and reporting capabilities:
Task view enhancements
The task view now allows filtering by company or department and displays tasks according to their project-specific department. This makes it easier to monitor project tasks that are aligned with individual practices.
Pricing automation
When creating a deliverable or project from a template, the system now applies the project's price list (if applicable) to override default sales rates, ensuring that pricing reflects current agreements.
Invoice customization
You now have the option to hide deliverable titles on invoices using the new setting ‘Show title deliverable on project invoice’ in function Accounting Settings, allowing more customized invoicing that matches your business needs.
Opportunity stage ordering
The order of sales stages can now be manually adjusted in the back office function ‘Sales pipelines’, improving the consistency of how stages appear across the Kanban view, dropdown fields, and back office tools.
API Planning Flexibility
Previously, the Planning API was limited to only creating new planned hour entries. With this latest release, the API now fully supports Create, Read, Update, and Delete (CRUD) operations for planned hours, making it a more versatile and powerful tool for synchronizing with external HR systems.
Improved Jira Integration
The Jira key is now stored in a dedicated field and included in time entry reports and datasets. This enhances clarity, improves reporting accuracy, and allows for easy reference to the original task in Jira.
Time Tracking Controls
A new setting has been added to restrict time tracking to the deliverable’s active timeline, helping maintain accurate records and prevent errors.
Bug Fixes
- Unique Expense Uploads: Expense receipt uploads now include a timestamp in the filename, ensuring that each file remains unique and preventing overwriting of previous files.
- Sales Amount Accuracy: Discrepancies in order values for T&M projects have been resolved, ensuring that local currency amounts match calculated sales amounts.
- Consistent Task Filtering: The task view’s initial department filter now applies correctly when users return, displaying tasks only for the selected department.
- Department filter in resource planning: The resource planning filter has been updated to show all departments, not just a subset, ensuring comprehensive visibility.
- Correct Provisions Display: Adjustments have been made so that the order value in the provisions form now correctly reflects the fixed price in local currency.
- Full Price List Visibility: All price lists now appear in the dropdown menu on various forms.
- Optimized Resource Planning: Rendering of resource planning has been improved to ensure that all weeks load completely, catering to different screen sizes without issue.
