We're on fire! Hot on the heels of the AI Sales agent, VOGSY takes another major leap forward with AI. We have released the Velocity agent, which does the groundwork for every approval in VOGSY: it gives each request a reasoned risk verdict before it ever reaches the approver, and nudges and escalates approvals that risk stalling. For everyone who handles approvals day to day, this fundamentally changes what the approval workload looks like: routine requests are recognized at a glance and stalled ones no longer slip through the cracks.

Velocity agent risk verdicts for approvals
The Velocity agent automatically reviews every incoming approval request and assigns it a verdict: approve without risk, approve with caution, or reject. Every verdict comes with the reasoning behind it, so it's always clear why the agent arrived at that assessment. Requests marked "approve without risk" are visually highlighted in the approval queue, so they can be cleared in seconds. The final decision always stays with the approver.
This works out of the box across the full breadth of the approval process:

- Purchase orders
- Purchase invoices
- Leave requests
The verdict rules ship with strong defaults, but can be fully tailored per approval type in the back office to match the organization's own way of working.
Velocity agent: nudge and escalate stalled approvals
Approvals that sit and wait no longer go unnoticed. The Velocity agent now actively tracks how long quote, timesheet, invoice, purchase invoice, purchase order, expense, and leave approvals have been pending, and automatically sends a reminder the moment action is needed. If a request still hasn't moved despite repeated reminders, the agent escalates it straight to the responsible person's manager. Reminders and escalations arrive as an in-app notification and, where configured, via Slack as well. Timing and escalation thresholds are configurable per approval type in the back office.
Together, these two innovations make approving in VOGSY faster, smarter, and more efficient than ever before.

AI configuration
- Reorganized AI config section. The AI config section in the back office is now organized per agent, with dedicated sections for general AI settings, Sales agent prompts, Velocity agent prompts and settings, Capacity agent prompts, Invoicing agent prompts, and 'Ask VOGSY' prompts. This makes it easier to find and configure the right settings for each AI agent.
